Wood Sawdust (Cellulose Fiber)
Refined natural wood cellulose fibers reduce overall density, enhance tensile flexibility against brittle cracking, and enable effortless nailing, screwing, and clean edge sawing without chip-out.
Expanded Perlite
Natural volcanic mineral expanded at high temperatures to form closed cellular micropores. Serves as an ultra-lightweight aggregate making boards 30% lighter than cement board while boosting acoustic damping and thermal insulation.
Alkali-Resistant Fiberglass Mesh (AR Mesh)
High-density fiberglass mesh coated with zirconium oxide (ZrO₂) for extreme alkali resistance, embedded on both surfaces. Acts as structural rebar to resist bending stress, eliminate shrinkage cracks, and withstand heavy impact.
Chopped Basalt Fibers
Engineered mineral fibers drawn from melted volcanic basalt stone, resisting extreme heat up to 1400°C. Uniformly distributed in a 3D matrix throughout the core to interlock MGO crystals and arrest thermal stress micro-cracks under severe fire exposure.
Mica Flakes
Natural lamellar silicate mineral flakes exhibiting outstanding electrical insulation, chemical inertness, and infrared thermal radiation reflection. Retards heat transfer across the panel, preserving structural integrity under continuous baking.
Expanded Vermiculite
Hydrated laminar phyllosilicate mineral that releases microscopic steam particles when exposed to high heat, absorbing caloric energy and creating a lightweight insulative barrier. Essential for achieving Euroclass A1 and EI 30 - EI 150 standards.
